Body Sculpting is a one hour strength training exercise class that shapes and tones your body and helps prevent osteoporosis. Participants should bring a set of 3 or 5-pound dumbbells weights, an exercise mat, stretch band, and water to drink during the workout. Shape, tone and build bone density with proven strength training exercises that work! No jumping, dancing or jazzing... just results!
Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7:15-8:15 pm at the Valley Wide Regional Park District, 901 W. Esplanade in San Jacinto. Course fees are $55 for eight classes. See start dates for classes at this link: http://www.gerifit.com/store/classes.asp?cloc=California%2C+San+Jacinto
