Description:
This is a 64-hour program for individuals who are already Certified Nurse Assistants. It can be done in the classroom or online. It consists of theory and laboratory demonstrations on how to become an excellent patient care assistant in an acute care setting. At the end of the program, the individual receives 3 certificates:
1. A national certificate as an EKG Technician
2. A national certificate as a Patient Care Technician
3. Acute Care CNA Certificate of completion from the school.

The whole program is $1500 but if the student chooses to go with only the acute care certification, without the EKG and PCT, the program is $650. And if he/she chooses to attend the acute care only class online, it is $500
