In collaboration with the DPCS and Administrator, the Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing a quality QI program and for monitoring the care delivered by the agency. This nurse will also develop orientation and educational programs to assist staff to continually improve the patient care they deliver. The Clinical Supervisor is the designee in the absence of the DPCS.
