JOB DESCRIPTION:
Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots properly. Responsible for maintaining dish room and dish machine. Assist with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Comprehensive understanding of the English language. Knowledge of basic sanitary guidelines. Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, including evening, weekends, and holidays.
EDUCATION: High School or G.E.D. preferred
STARTING SALARY: $8.00/hr
