I'm writing this because I've been speaking with people about buying a home verses paying rent. If your spending more than a $1000.00 month in rent. You can afford a house. After speaking with so many people most of them had the response which is " I don't think I can qualify for a loan" and because of those thoughts. They don't even try and it saddens me because they are losing out on the best time in a generation to buy a house. It's free and painless to get pre-qualified...And even if at that point you don't..at least you will know what you need to do to become qualified for a home loan. I'm encouraging everyone who doesn't own a house and would like to or even you already do and want to upgrade..Take action contact me directly and I promise you'll be glad you did.
