Real estate investors are NOT Realtors, Agents, or Brokers. We don't work for commission--we work for the big pay days. We purchase houses at a deep discount and re-sell them for a profit or Fix n’ Flip them for a living. Right now, my partners and I getting our feet soaked in this market, mainly the short sale game.

While others are struggling in this market and hungry for business, our team has had a phenomenal year that has allowed us to expand our community's office to double the size. We've experienced tremendous growth and we're looking to expand even further by looking for a few serious individuals who are eager and motivated to learn about this market and become successful Real Estate Investors and Business Partners with us.

Bottom Line- I'm looking for the right people to join our team so that we as a community can teach, mentor and educate them to become investors themselves and potentially become future business partners.

With that being said we understand that this is NOT for everyone and we are NOT looking for everyone. We're only interested in working with and helping people who are like-minded individuals with a positive attitude.

We are willing to share this information, but only with the right individuals. We're looking for people who are going to treat this as a business and not just as a side hobby because like any business, this is going to require hard-work, effort and determination to become successful. What you put into this business is what you will get out of it and there are no short cuts to becoming successful.

Our average deals are closing with profits from $10,000-$40,000 and if you put in the hard work now, you'll be able to close multiple deals a month. Think about it--if you were able to close just one of these deals by the end of this year, how would that change your life?

We're very serious and committed to mentoring and teaching others how to do what we do and to become successful Real Estate Investors. We're willing to train and profit share up to 50% of the deals that we close together and our goal is to get you to be able to close these deals on your own and make 100% of the profit.
