Beautiful 2006 H-3 45 dual slide with approx. 72,000 miles was originally built for country western singer Clint Black. The coach will sleep up to 7 people. It's powered by a Detroit 60 series turbo charged 500 hp diesel engine with an Allison HD 4060 6 speed trans and Allison hydraulic output retarder (was a $5,000 extra )which reduces wear and tear on brakes and increases braking distances. Heavy duty anti lock disc brakes with 6 new Michelin tires mounted on Alcoa aluminum wheels with a Sentry Systems tire pressure system. Coach has 4 roof A/C units, central heating, Aqua Hot diesel/electric water heating system, heated bays ( a must in cold temperature to keep the plumbing and water tanks from freezing) 17.5 KW powerquip auto start generator mounted on pressure regulated air bags. It is very quite. Lots of power and the air bags ensure no vibration in the coach. Interior is all leather and done in soothing earth tones. The stepway is done in granite tile with accent lighting on each step. The salon has a electric sleeper sofa with sculpted carpet in front, Travertine tile set at 45 degree angles with granite keys and granite border matching the stepwell, and continues through the hallway, bathrooms and into the stateroom that is finished off with the same sculpted carpet that is in the salon.
The salon, kitchen and stateroom have Corian countertops, accent lighting, halogen ceiling lights that are on a dimmer switch, ceiling is done ostrich type material. There is a GE microwave/convection oven and 25cu ft Whirlpool Gold refrigerator. Both are stainless steel. The stove is an electric flat glass unit made by DIVA. It doesn't heat until it comes in contact with a pan and once the pan is removed it is cold! It's a great feature. There are also 2 36" plasma TV's with a Control 4 Home Automation surround Sound system. All of the entertainment systems, TV's can be controlled by a single wireless tablet and with additional programming the lighting, electric window shades and A/C units can also be controlled with the tablet. There are (2) direct TV receivers and a Trac Star in-motion satellite receiver. Speakers are high end B&W's and sound great. In the hallway there are 3 bunks. Each bunk has A/C and flip down TV's with satellite/dvd/cd and privacy curtains.(2) Pneumatic doors provide privacy between the salon, bunks and stateroom.
There is also a separate bathroom with a sink, cabinets and mirrored vanity. All the toilets are Headhunter Royal flush units. The stateroom has a queen bed, separate bathroom, full size tiled shower, mirrored vanity, 3 clothes hampers under the 42" plasma. Plenty of drawers underneath the cedar lined rear closet. Accent lighting throughout, more halogen lighting on dimmers and electric power shades. There is a Aiphone intercom/monitor and Control 4 touch pad mounted on the wall next to the bed. 50 amp shore power with a 40 ft cord on a electric powered push button reel. There a (2) 4000 watt trace sine wave inverters ( 1 of these was new 2 years ago) with xantrex programers. Individual water/holding tank monitors. Drivers area has a Kenwood flip screen Sirius radio/DVD/CD/GPS/back up camera, cruise control, heated and adjustable mirrors, pneumatic air ride leveling and everything else you would expect in a Prevost. Has (4) new gel cell house batteries. 2 pass through bays provide tons of storage underneath. Xenon headlights are also a feature. This is a great coach for the family (kids love the bunks!), entertaining or just getting a way. I have decided to retire from racing and it's time to put the kids through college.
